Decked out in short-shorts with a sleeveless summery top and open toed heels, the 27-year-old Richie is currently said to be in the midst of a career reinvention - as she’s designing a line of jewelry, rumored to be working on an album and returning to TV that Monday (October 20) on the hit NBC comedy “Chuck”.
