Enjoying a little moment together, Nicole Richie was spotted out at the DCMA shop in Los Angeles on Thursday (June 26) - hanging out with babydaddy Joel Madden and his brother Benji.

The former Simple Life starlet’s beau recently spoke to press about plans to walk down the aisle, saying that nothing is in the works at that point.
