Mischa Barton: No Contest
Back in December of 2007, Mischa Barton ran into a bit of legal drama when she was pulled by by police and charged with a DUI. And now she’s facing the music.
According to a plea deal amoung the O.C. actress and the Beverly Hills court, Barton will plea “No Contest” to the DUI charge, and in turn, receive a lesser sentence for her conviction.
