Mary Kate Olsen’s lawyer has come out in public to hit out at rumors and reports that propose that the actress is not co-operating with the investigators about Heath Ledger’s mysterious death until the conditions set by her are met.

The NY Post newspaper recently reported that the 22-year-old actress is dodging FBI officials about the ‘The Dark Knight’ actor’s untimely death until the prosecutions grants her immunity.

Mary-Kate’s lawyer, Michael C. Miller says that his client, “had nothing whatsoever to do with the drugs found in Heath Ledger’s home or his body, and she does not know where he obtained them.

“Regarding the Government’s examination, at Ms. Olsen’s desire, we have provided the Government with relevant data including facts in the chronology of events surrounding Mr. Ledger’s death and the fact that Ms. Olsen does not know the source of the drugs Mr. Ledger consumed.”

Michael adds, “We don’t know the source of the info being quoted in the media regarding the Government’s inquiry, but these descriptions are incomplete and inaccurate.”

FBI officials are keen to interrogate Olsen who was rumored to be dating the tragic actor during the moment of his death, as she was the first person her masseuse called when she found Heath lying in an unconscious state in his NY apartment.
