Mariah Carey to star in flick Push
Mariah Carey is all set to play gritty character in a new movie called Push, she will be seen playing the role of a Harlem social worker, who cares for an obese, HIV-positive teenage girl who becomes pregnant after she is raped by her dad.
Mariah says, “I’m not going to be a pretty picture but actually it wasn’t about that. The role is a supporting part, a little scene, but it’s a very critical scene. The character is a social worker. She’s inexperienced.
“I don’t want to reveal what happens but it’s kind of urgent, that character, considering things are revealed through her.”
Well that’s a new good avatar that Mariah is slipping into.
