It’s been a whirlwind couple of weeks for newlyweds Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon.  And last night they were spotted out and about looking about as happy as two humans could look.

The “Touch My Body” singer and her new hubby were all smiles at the 5th Annual Operation Smile event at Skylight Studio in New York City.  And why not?  They were helping underprivileged kids with facial deformities.
